By accessing or using eezy, you are agreeing to this Privacy Policy and concluding a legally binding contract with eezylife Inc., a Delaware corporation headquartered in New York City, NY 10169 (“eezylife”), eezy labs Ltd. a UK company, 20-22 Wenlock Road, N1 7GU, London, and eezy labs India Pvt. Ltd., an India company, 7/A, 14th A Cross, HSR Layout Sector-6, Bengaluru 560102, India. For the purposes of the UK Data Protection Act 2018 (the “DPA”) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (the “GDPR”) and other laws globally, eezylife, Inc. is the “controller” and is responsible for deciding how Personal Data is used, collected, and processed, unless expressly specified otherwise.

We collect Personal Data that you choose to submit when visiting eezy or using eezy Services which may include Identity Information (such as your name, gender, occupation, telephone number, email address, social media account or ID, your contacts unless you opt out, your phone directory), your Access Information (such as your Facebook, gmail, Apple ID or email used to access eezy Services), Location Information (such as your GPS location unless you opt out, your general location identified by your IP address, your preferred city area), your photo, Preference Information (such as cuisine, activities, music and movie preferences, atmosphere, price preferences), your Psychological Profile, your instant mood, commercial information (transactions such as bookings, selections in the eezy App, favorites, invitations, added friends, social features).

We may also collect information about you from other sources, including third parties from whom we have purchased Personal Data, and combine this information with Personal Data provided by you. We also collect information from third parties (such as addresses, telephone numbers, opening times, content, videos, etc.) including data about venues (such as restaurant information from our partners google maps, TripAdvisor, OpenTable, and others) and, if you register using Gmail, AppleID, Facebook or other social media, we may collect information about you or others including your username and the data you allow to be shared depending on your privacy settings with your social media account.

We use the collected information for our general commercial purposes such as to improve the eezy Services, grow our business and to offer our own, our affiliates’ or third-party products or services that we think you may find of interest. We use your contact information to respond to your inquiries or to provide information on products or services to you.

Where your consent is not mandatory, we may process Personal Data on the following lawful bases:

Your California Privacy Rights.

We do not share your personal information with third parties for their direct marketing use unless we have your permission. Once we receive your instruction we will cease sharing your information, but this will not affect previously shared information.

California Consumer Privacy Act.

At this time eezy is not required to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act (the “CCPA”). We will update this Privacy Policy to describe the rights of California residents when we qualify for coverage by the CCPA.
